> Introduction to Iyengar Yoga

Our Introductory Class is suitable for new students and a great way for to become familiar with the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. We will learn the fundamentals of asanas (poses/postures) setting the foundation for further study and practice of Iyengar Yoga. This is a four week session and we ask that you pre register. Register today at

> Level I:

Suitable for new students who have completed the Introductory Class. It is recommended that students in this class commit to a regular weekly practice. Prior knowledge of Iyengar Yoga is recommended. Class run time 75 minutes.

> Level II:

Suitable for students who have been practicing Iyengar yoga for some time. Students should have understanding of various types of asanas, such as standing asanas and inversions. Students should have a regular practice of Sirsasana (head balance) and Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) in order to attend this class. Class run time 75 minutes.

> Level III:

This class is a continuation of Level II and is suitable for students who have been studying Iyengar Yoga for at least one year. Students in this class should be able to hold Sirsasana and Sarvangasana for 5 minutes with confidence. Students should have knowledge and interest in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Katrina's permission is required to attend this class. Class run time 90 minutes.
